With the SM Open Meet taking place this weekend, please see the updated training arrangements:
Friday PM
- Avalonale Pool – Training ON as normal for Academy 3, County Development, and Club Link squads with Coach Liv and Anna
- Grand Central – All sessions cancelled for all other squads.
- Racing swimmers only: If you are competing at any point over the weekend, there will be a session from 4:30pm–6:00pm at Grand Central. This is only for swimmers racing at the Open Meet.
Saturday AM & Sunday
- All squad training is cancelled.
