All the necessary training facilities are accessible on site to HPC athletes. Life Leisure have invested extra resources in the centre, providing a brand new High Performance Land Conditioning Suite, complete with all the latest technology and equipment, including a new camera system and technical analysis area which will be available for the use of the HPC athlete group. The centre’s main strength and conditioning gym located above the 50m pool has recently been expanded and its equipment upgraded for HPC use.
